Grilled Chicken with Tomato Fromage

(This is a quick and easy recipe and your results are quite gourmet.)



Ingredients:

Hillacres Pride Boneless, skinless Chicken breast
Hillacres Pride Tomato Fromage*
Hillacres Pride Cheddar Cheese

Pound chicken to even thickness.  Grill chicken on both sides until almost done, about 6-8 minutes.  Top chicken with about 1 TBSP tomato fromage (or more depending on breast size) and cover with shredded cheddar cheese.  Continue to grill over low-med heat until cheese is melted, 2-4 minutes.

Alternative for baking.  Bread chicken and top with cheeses before cooking.  Bake about 20 minutes or until done.  

*You can substitute Pesto & Feta, Roasted Garlic Fromage or Olive Fromage.
